Worst eyeliner I've bought
It does the job, but you'll struggle. Its like an expo marker where it comes off if you write on top of it. I cant curl my lashes after I have it on or it'll come off too.

Easy to use.
This is one of the best eyeliners I have ever used. Easy to shape your eyes. Smudge proof. It's long lasting, yet washes off easily. I can't believe it's an Ulta brand.

Popping cap
I missed people saying this when I bought but I also just had the popping cap! I was loving it and used for about 2 weeks before this happened and now it's trash, tried soaking in water and cleaning but no luck to revive.

I genuinely really love this eyeliner! I was going to take my engagement photos and was searching for a long lasting eyeliner to wear since I was going to be hiking and sweating (we were camping, brave I know). I tested a few eyeliners on my hand, including this one. This one stayed on through rubbing and wetting. I wore it for the photos and I've been wearing it to my very active job. Stayed out through everything. I love it.

Product is great, packaging awful
The eyeliner is a great formula but after a month of use, the cap will not stay on and it drys out. Would love to keep buying it but it's wasteful not to be able to use it fully.

Need to rethink this product
It used to be very good quality and was on par with higher end lines. Now, the lid pops off on its own in my drawer and dries out. This has happened several times. My newest one isn't going on like the old ones used to. I see a difference in the quality of this product.

I have been using this liner for years but the last two I have bought- the caps just randomly pop off and they wind up drying out. This never used to happen before so i guess they changed something with the packaging but i'll no longer purchase it.

Im starting to use eyeliner again and i picked this because its on sale and it had the color I wanted. Honestly this has lasted me for so long. This closes fine and I store it upside down. I have had no issues using it but Ive only used brown no other colors. I would still suggest it if youre getting back into using eyeliner or if its your first time.

Wouldn't recommend
I wanted to love it and give this eyeliner a chance cause most of all the Ulta products have not disappointed me but this one is not for me. The tip bleeds out the second you apply it. It doesn't last much longer. You are better off with NYX eyeliner.
