About the Author

Kiah Thomas is one of Australia's most exciting new voices. She is the author of the middle-grade novel The Callers and an illustrated series called Lone Wolf. Kiah lives on Wurundjeri land in Naarm/Melbourne, Australia, with her husband and three children.

Jake A. Minton is an illustrator who lives on Bundjalung Country near Byron Bay, about two hours south of Brisbane, Australia. After being shortlisted for the Little Hare Illustration Prize in 2020, he went on to illustrate There's No Such Book and Inked, a graphic novel.
