And i had no idea what "pump problem" everyone was talking about but quickly understood towards the end of the bottle. I assume its just the packaging. It works well but unfortunately at the time i was using other products that were ruining my skin barrier and causing this moisturizer to lightly tingle or burn on my face. It was never really a problem unless i had used other abrasive products before. It definitely helps moisturize and is light weight on the skin. I do agree its sticky if you use too much. For reference i have combination skin and occasionally get cystic pimples.

I love salicylic acid & this is a great moisturizer that has helped keep my skin calm and break out free! Definitely can be a little intense when you first start using it, i had a bit of irritation, but it eventually cleared up after a week or 2 of use. Would not recommend for people with sensitive skin. But for me, this has been a life saver!

I adore this
I love this it is the only moisturizer that has truly helped my skin . I get terrible hormonal acne around my chin and jaw and this clears it right up. my only complaint is the price for the amount you get .

For the price I think this should be a better formula. I used it with the Tula breakout gel after washing my face with a Tula cleanser and it still pilled up. This and the gel do help with my dark marks and acne thats not hormonal but the pilling bothers me so bad.

Best for sensitive, acne prone skin
I've used this for over a year and its a holy grail for acne prone skin. I usually have oily/combo skin and use this moisturizer under Matte Super Goop sunscreen. I haven't had any acne in soo long! I live in a high humidity area and it works great!

Great moisturizer
I have cystic and acne and everytning makes me break out but this didn't. I wouldn't say it helped my acne any, but i didn't break out bad and that's what i'm looking for :) the pump is awful though, barely works, wish it came in a different container.
