Giving it 5 because why not. I’ve had two pairs of airpods, one pair of shokz. I use these for office work and they get the job done is all I can say. When it comes to charging, etc. I’ve always charged as I go and so far no issues. But then again I’m someone who loves my OG wired Apple earphones soooo… I just love to listen to music lol. But these definitely get the job done!

Charging case doesn't work. My picture shows the item plugged in for charging. It's supposed to be fully charged after 2 hours. The indicator lights don't show a charge at all.

I should have read the reviews before I bought these Earbuds as I cannot get them to connect to my cellphone and have tried everything that is listed online and nothing works so will ask the Target Store in Panama City Fl for a refund.
