Q: How doe this adjust? Is it a quick-adjust, where it's easy to move it from one height to another multiple times per day, or is it a slower crank adjust not designed to be used multiple times a day?

  • A: Sorry for the late response. The height of the table can be adjusted manually. You need to loosen the adjustment screw yourself, and then tighten the screw after adjusting the height. However, it is not recommended to adjust it multiple times a day.
