Poor Construction

Assembly - 2nd pin to screw in was either too short or hole was drilled to large. Wouldn't tighten. When screwing it in it acted as if it was stripped already. I am a meticulious assemblier. Also Customer Service was NOT available for support; I called during stated hours and got recording saying they were not available. Could have been a nice piece if constructed appropriately.
