Wonderful flavor
I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. I made a dish of steak bites covered in Gorgonzola Cheese and the taste was amazing! They melted perfectly and the chunks were the perfect size for it. Therewas a creamy taste and and had the perfect amount of flavor. It was the perfect size for my recipe

Love these crumbles

These will definitely be a staple for my weekly salad making! The crumbles are the perfect size to add to a charcuterie board, also.

Great taste!
received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. First, I tried this product by itself. I must say I was impressed with the very flavorful taste. It was also very creamy, almost melt in your mouth like. I liked that the pieces are big enough to pickup with your fingers. Overall, I thought it was delicious and I would purchase again based on the flavor.

Great Texture and Smooth Taste

Nice size crumbles and a distinct flavor (not overly sharp and no aftertaste) make this a most enjoyable compliment to any salad or as part of a dip.

Delicious!

I think it will go well with the salad or with cracker. It is not expensive to buy it. Super affordable. I would definitely buy it again in the future.

Nice and creamy
I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. I thought this product tasted much creamier and milder than other crumbles I've used on my salads. I'm not typically a huge fan, preferring creamier dressings in the past. I didn't even realize Gorgonzola and blue cheese were the same thing! I'm excited to use it on roasted vegetables next.

Delicious!
Upon first glance it looks slightly different than most Bleu cheese I usually get as it has colorations in stripes within the chunks of cheese. The taste is delicious with the perfect combination of tang and savory, and the texture is a lovely firm but creamy mixture. Overall I would gladly buy this cheese again.

Yummy and affordable
I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. I was pleasantly surprised by how well-balanced and flavorful this cheese was given the price - it tastes far more expensive. It's very buttery and not at all dry, and has a nice umami tang with a hint of sweetness, all while being milder and "less funky" smelling and tasting than blue cheese. I mostly use it in salads for an extra kick of flavor.

Great choice for bleu cheese
I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. While I normally purchase cheese dressing, I decided to purchase this to top my salad and use a light vinaigrette dressing and I was very glad I did. This added a much more fresh flavor to my salad, but at the same time with fewer calories than a creamy blue cheese dressing. It was suggested to melt it over a steak and I believe that will be something to try this weekend.
