After 4 years of owning this unit Hello, I bought this for my back pain. I bought it in 2020 and used it probably 5-8 times in total. The other day i pulled it out to use it and it no longer works. The screen works, everything digitally seems fine but no shocks coming through on any setting. Very unfortunate to only have used this a handful of times. Dont recommend. Definitely keep searching for another unit, they did refund me after 4 years. I do appreciate that.

Best TENS Unit I've Owned Pros:* Many Settings* Very Compact Size* LONG Battery Life* Powerful Zappy Zappy* Very Durable and Long Lasting* Has a Lanyard Through-Hole, just in case you want a lanyard for it (but doesn't come with a lanyard)Cons:* I tend to press buttons when I don't mean to* Doesn't come with a lanyard (but has a through-hole for it)This TENS unit is great. I've purchased a few because I use them heavily and they wear out; the electronics don't wear out, rather I drop them or get them caught on things and they simply get damaged.Other TENS units with poor designs will wear out at the point where you connect the wires to the unit. The connection on the inside of the TENS unit itself would fatigue and break, rendering the TENS unit inoperative. However, on these Belifu units, they do not suffer this design flaw. The connector is well designed and never fatigues despite some pretty harsh abuse. The cables and pads wear out and go bad, but the unit itself remains sturdy and powerful.Like I've said, I drop the units or get them caught; so, I've had a power switch get loose and fail to function properly. On another unit, the screen is a little messed up but the unit still operates fine and I continue to use it without any problems. I'd like to stress that my use of these units is far beyond what is considered "normal" and I tend to abuse them.The rechargeable battery is a huge plus, because replacing batteries can get really expensive. The battery charges in less than an hour and lasts for days of continuous use at high power.Getting the official Belifu TENS Unit Pads that come in a pack are great, they are high quality, with variety, and bulk quantity; I suggest their brand replacement pads.Out of the several TENS units I've purchased and used over the years, this one is the most affordable, compact, and sturdy.

Lasting pain relief, but had to tape it on I had extreme pain in the joint at the base of my thumb. Arthritis? Bursitis? Who knows? Covid is rampant, so I'm not seeing a doctor unless I have to. This relieved the pain over about 5 days . . . and I have not had a problem in the past 4 months since then, in spite of some intensive gardening during lockdown. About the third time of using the pad set, I had to either tape it in place, rubberband it in place with big hair ties, or tie it down with a strip of cloth . . . all about equally effective. I was careful to keep the pads clean and store them properly . . . but I was NOT going to go for a second set of pads only to mess those up, too. The treatments are not pleasant . . . not painful, but kind of irritating. The results are GREAT.

Happy Zappies Something happens after you hit 30, like you voided your own warranty. Suddenly a surprise sneeze is enough to throw your back out into spasms. After about a year of questionable chiropractic adjustments I realized that most of my back issues can be resolved with stretching three times a week and a tens unit afterwards.This one charges quickly, lasts a long while, is lightweight, easy to use, and has multiple settings ranging from soothe me to I consent you to abuse me. You will need to buy some additional things later, like new pads or gel to keep your existing pads lasting longer but its cheaper than a massage and untangles that Gordian knot between your shoulders. 3

Great little (big) machine! This machine is so great! It's small, but 'packs a big punch'! Feels like a STRONG massage. If you've ever experienced Sciatic nerve pain then you know how excruciating and debilitating the pain can be. This little machine helped me so much with my injury! I actually initially bought it for a different (non-serious) use and turned out actually REALLY needing it. I bought 2 different ones, but this one is actually better to me than the other. This one doesn't look as nice aesthetically as the other one, but definitely works far better which is more important to me. I will say that as far as the adhesives, well the first couple uses they are very good, then after that not at all. Also, they seem to be more proned to zapping you the more you use them. I would say only use the adhesives no more than 3 times before using new ones, unless you want to feel the prickly zap which doesn't feel good at all and defeats the purpose of pain relief. Lol

Great value and excellent customer service! Although I have had EMS machines in the past that work well when used consistently and properly, this is my first time using a similar concept for pain relief. I think to use such device, that is TENS, in general you have to have some knowledge of acupressure/puncture. While many people extol the effectiveness and virtues of such machines, I have not had the same effect of "melting" away the pain. While there seems to be some effect on the painful area (lower back in my case) it might be more a placebo effect. I am in the process of learning more about acupuncture/pressure to really see if this machine can be put to better use. However, I think it should work, in theory. My back was at least hurting less, or seemed to be so after a 20 minute session. i remain hopeful that I will become better with it's use over time and further knowledge.However this review is about the machine itself, I feel that there is great value in both the machine and the customer service. I had issues trying to activate the 2 year warranty. I wrote an email, and within a day, I had a reply. But here was the surprise, although there were many little notes all over the box and inserts all suggesting to activate the warranty after which they would send additional free pads, I didn't expect such a speedy service. I received 20 pads of same quality as the original in all the different sizes PLUS a 4 pad cable all within a WEEK!!! Now that's service!I always first judge a company by the after sales service and on first contact they came through without a hitch. I hope, and am pretty confident that they will be there if/when I need them in the future.The machine has 24 settings, 6 different types of stimulation, all succinctly explained in the manual and which settings are used for pain reduction or circulation along with suggested placements of the pads. The 6 types seems to "feel" different from "prickly" to "punchy" to "kneading" and the 4 modes within these 6 different types further breaks it down, the best I can tell, to duration of the "squeeze" or a "prick." Of course all 24 modes can be controlled in terms of intensity. There are 2 channels each independently controlled and you can use 4 pad cable on each giving you up to 8 pads of placement - 4 on each channel.My overall conclusion is, if you are suffering from pain, this technology is well worth a try and this machine backed by 2-3 year warranty as well as free additional pads/cable and a very responsive customer service is solid value. 2

Deep tissue This product was nice, my husband had a muscle between his shoulder that was aching, it was consider deep tissue and it was able to get treated with the deep tissue massage setting.

Battery last a long time. After using this TENS continually for 3 days, I am updating my review. This TENS works well, small and compact, easy to use. The battery last a long time and it charges quickly. Well packaged and came promptly. I am disappointed I cannot get the modes to rotate, but this little machine works great. I even accidentally dipped the end of it in some water and it still works.

Worth the purchase Best investment I made! I came sore from working out and put this on, and it worked magically to relax my muscle and pain. I never even take the time to write reviews. But this needed to be known and shared :)

Therapy at home So I purchased this after injury to my wrist for at home therapy and I absolutely love it the battery last quite a long time.

Good so far. Quick shipping. Took a little messing around with to figure out how to use it. Just got it today and used once. Seems good so far

It's good. Real good I liked everything about it. The only thing is each mode will have to be learned a felt to see what you need. I'm currently recovering my elbow which has golfers elbow symptoms. The device is doing what it says which is perfect. This thing helped me go to sleep and reduced my pain. Eventually the pain will go away. I highly recommend it. You need to use it for a couple days to really stimulate the effected area.

Easy to figure out how to use. For the price its great! functions well, pretty simple to figure out. Its awesome for those that have those persistent aches or pains. It really gets at those hard to stretch muscle groups.

Work, but not amazing. I borrowed a tens machine from a friend while experiencing shoulder pain. His was 5-6 years old, and purchased from TRAKK, but was no longer available. I loved the settings it had. They seemed to vary between each setting, and felt distinction between right and left.This one doesn't seem to have any distinction between right and left. They both pulse at the same time. I also don't notice nearly as much difference between the different settings.Perhaps the biggest complaint is needing to restart everything each time I change between settings. It really makes it difficult to cycle through each one to find one I like.
