Thank you!! I ordered this for pain in my shoulder, obviously. It will be months before I can have surgery to correct the issue as my orthopedic is currently deployed. This product is very easy to use. It is extremely easy to use and is very comfortable. This is much easier than using an ice pack because it stays in place with having to hold it there.

Decent wrap for my knee I bought this for a knee injury and it works pretty well. The pros are that it is large and can bend around my knee, thigh, and calf areas, and the Velcro straps stay secure. The cons are that it only stays cold for about 20 to 30 minutes, it does not wrap snugly around my leg, and condensation tends to build up on the outside as it warms on your leg. It's fine for us purpose but not great.

Good for treating shin splints The ice packs are easy to freeze and the velcro fasteners secure the pads to my shins well. My one complaint is the edges of the velcro fasteners are rough and they scratch my legs while the packs are in place. Using the packs straight from the freezer for 20 minutes several times a day is helping my chronic shin splints be less painful.

Perfect for a shoulder injury coming from a PT. This ice pack is perfect for any shoulder injury. The weight feel great and made with good quality fabric that will not leak. It is able to be flexible around the shoulder. Highly recommend.

Picture is a tad deceiving but product good So the photo in the description makes it appear like the cold packs form to your legs but that's impossible when they are frozen. But no matter, they get the job done and even stay up if you need to walk to another room. I suffer from shin splint type pain and icing with these boots really helps. I think they are a good value and you won't regret the purchase

Heat only for 30 seconds. I like that we need to heat it only for 30 seconds. The heat is nice. The material is quite pliable.I use one as cold pack and the other as heat pack. So, that is good.It is quite light weight.It also fits on the elbow well.It takes a couple of tries to strap it on. That mechanism can be improved.

Hot or cold knee gel pack I bought two of these to use after my husbands knee replacement. They are perfect. They freeze quickly and are easy to wrap tightly to hold them in place. You could use them on any limb or hold in place on a flat surface. Looking forward to heating them and using on my back later! Highly recommend.

Good, but really stiff and hard to mold / bend. The picture makes it look like the ice packs go along almost the whole length of your shin-- unfortunately they don't, maybe only 1/2 to 3/4. Still good though. They get super cold and the cold lasts for a long time. Straps are simple hook & loop so easy to use; would be easier with a simple plastic buckle so you could more easily adjust the tightness. Main issue is how stiff the packs are. They're really challenging to get a good curved surface to wrap your legs. The inside gel and the outer layers get so stiff that when you try to bend them, the material wrinkles and so you don't have a smooth, soft surface molding to your shin (unlike traditional gel packs.

It's a great item for icing your knee, in particular. I needed extra large due to lymphedema in my leg, and it definitely is big enough to go around my large knee. I love the material and it isn't super freezing like ice directly on your skin, but does the job of coldness to reduce swelling.

So far,I'm very happy I have been using a larger version (also from TRAKK) which is heavier duty, but I'm leaving the country for several months and wanted an icer easier to travel with. I like the fabric liner on this one and it holds the cold for the recommended 20 minute use. The two velcro straps wrap around the knee to keep it in close contact. It will be easy to pack. I also like that I can use it for heat, as well. I tested it out before reviewing it.

Smaller than pictured These were well made. I have an athlete son tht uses these daily. It stays cold for maybe 25 mins. We like that he can Velcro these on his shins and go about his business. The only thing is that these are probably half the length shown in the picture. Maybe 5-6 and covers Jst that small spot (not all the way up the length of lower leg).
