A little tight fitting I have two bad rotator cuffs, so I like that 1) this brace can be used on either shoulder, 2) this brace can be used to apply either heat or cold, 3) this brace can apply heat without needing to be plugged in, and 4) with appropriate adjustment this brace can be used as a sort of compression sleeve.Only thing that is a little frustrating is that the fit could be roomier. I'm an average sized man and it was a little tight. On the other hand, it may just require discovering and getting used to the various adjustments that are possible.Overall, a good product for rotator cuff problems.

Provided great pain relief This was used for shoulder pain either from tendonitist or rotator cuff (not sure which). Greatly helped with pain initially when wearing during the day & at night both, but really provided great comfort & stability at night. Was used while sleeping for a few weeks, really helped.

Soft This brace is the only one I have used so I dont have anything to compare it to. I can honestly say, it fits larger arms, it holds the ice pack right where it needs to be, it is easy to put on, and the padding prevents the clasps from digging in. I dont really feel like it gives me that much support, but it does remind me to hold my shoulder back more. I am not able to leave the chest strap in my arm pit because it pulls on my neck too much. I must place it under my chest to relieve the pressure on my neck. Where I need to place the strap may reduce support in the shoulder. I am not disappointed, and it fits better than I thought it would.

Problem The support for shoulder is good. Chest strap rides up and releases pressure on shoulder. When this happens it's worthless. Need to find a way to keep it in place.

Great product but takes finesse to get it on Once it's on it stays in place and the ice pack compartment was genius. Just wish it were easier to get the thing on by myself. Almost always have to ask my husband for help.

Goodbye rotator cuff pain. This product is a game changer, OMG it covers the whole shoulder and the ice gel pack covers also the entire shoulder and you can feel the support and relief at once. I have an issue with my rotator cuff sometimes but this helps instantly to bring down the inflammation. Well made and worth every penny.

Comfortable and great post-surgery This was very comfortable! I am a petite person and the adjustable strap made it so it fit perfectly. I used this for my post op on my shoulder/bicep and it never ice burned my skin. Highly recommend.

Great Buy I used this for shoulder repair surgery. I loved the adjustable straps, which allows for a snug fit, and its durable as well as washable. The ice pack is not combined with gel so it hardens when frozen solid. I was able to use other ice packs and the one that came with it.

Great Fit Great overall fit, and works well for rotator cuff issues. Was concerned it wouldn't be large enough, but it fits great and the ice pack stays cold!
