TRAKK Hot and Cold Sleeve for Lower Back Support

Doesnt fit larger waists I received this today and unfortunately its too small for me. It seems like a nice belt and has two pads to change out. I had a microwaveable heating pad years ago and wanted another one but this is just too short for me. That is why I deducted one star. Unfortunately I have to return. I cant rate how well it relieves pain, etc as it asks me to so please understand my review is just based on appearance and size. 1

Self care This pack appeared durable and flexible. The size was perfect for lower back coverage. I like that it could be used hot or cold. I bought it as a gift for a friend who has back issues.

Love it! This by far was the best contraption that I found to help with my lower back pain. It secures the ice pack or the warm pack to your lower back while supporting posture. Highly recommend!

Back Saver! This product was great for after my back surgery. I wish I had it prior to the surgery. My husband is a runner and also works quite a bit outside. He has had the nerve to take it from me on occasion after a run or coming in after yard work. It looks like Ill have to order another one or hide the freezer! Its a great product. Thank you.

Great for warm and cold therapy This product is amazing for pregnancy and postpartum specifically (for me at least). The band goes around your waist and sits comfortably and snug on your lumbar area for pain relief. It also is great if you flip it around and put it on your lower abdomen warm for cramp and contraction discomfort. It works great for muscle pains as well. My only "complaint" would be I am a medium sized person and the band fits around me fine and stretches well but if you are on the larger side you would probably need an extender or it may not seal around you. 2

Its comfortable Its size is perfect, very comfortable. Can be worn out and really helps with pain. The gel packs are nice size and its great to have 2 of them to switch off. Great price..I would definetly recommend this product

Ice pack Worked well

Comfortable & stays put. I like that I velcro the belt and it stays put. Thank goodness there's multiple ice packs because they're thinner and don't stay cold too long. I am thankful to have this thought after back surgery.

Ice / heat while mobile My SI joints are giving me fits. Sitting is not always a good position for me. This MagicGel wrap is fantastic for standing or mobile icing and heating my lower back. Was concerned about the mesh backing holding up, but I've used it multiple times per day in the last two months. Velcro is kind of bent now, but the mesh is still in tack and keeps the cold or hot pack in place like day one. The rest is well constructed, does not pill and does not, so far, show any wear and tear after MANY uses. The velro on the belt is strong, easy to adjust, and holds in place. BUY IT.

Great for wearing for relief when you can't sit still with heating pad I really love this product! I'm a big girl and the wrap was definitely stretchy & fit fine. It's awesome around the house, you can gets things done without as much pain as usual. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the heated gel pad doesn't stay warm as long as I'd like; maybe about 15-20 minutes. I would recommend this to friends as a great & versatile set for any aching needs.

Easy to use and effective. This brought such relief to my back and is so easy to use. It molds to your back and is wide enough to cover a good size area. It is thin enough to lay on and thick enough to stay quite cold for 20 - 30 minutes. The gel packs absolutely get ice cold and are easy and mess free to slip into the pocket. They freeze quickly so you always have one ready to use. The Velcro and wide band kept the pack in place. The package arrived quickly and I was grateful at how much simpler the Magic Gel was than putting ice/ice pack in a zip lock bag.

Perfect Love it

Herniated disc / sciatica I have a herniated disc L4-L5 pushing on my sciatic nerve and a bulging disc at L5-S1. Ordered this for cold therapy and have using every night since. Trying everything to relieve some of the sciatica that shoots down my right leg.Im a size 12 and this fits around me well, the velco stays secure and the wrap doesnt move. Keeps firm, very cold pressure on my lower back. I can lay down with it on or walk around and do chores comfortably. Its really easy to insert and remove the cold pack and freezes pretty quickly to use again a few hours later.I plan to order another one to keep at work when I have to go back.

Quality built Very well built, however the ice packs don't stay cold long enough. But it does help for a bit.

Nice Got in mail today, had lumbar spinal injections for first time today as well. I am loving it. Im 5'3 and size 10 pants and it fits. Not great for someone larger than that though i dont think.

most helpful!! This has been fabulous for my lower back, sciatica pain. It's much bigger than what I was using. I have, however, only used it frozen, not warmed. I'm really happy a friend recommended this to me! Now I'm recommending it to you!
