It all started with a love for rain. Totes was born in 1924 in a small Ohio town and founded on two core principles: Midwest roots and a genuine love for the rain. We loved it so much, we spent decades creating products so others could enjoy it too. Year after year we found new ways to stay outside more comfortably, no matter the weather. Before we knew it, we had built a whole world of rain products from umbrellas to boots, jackets, hats and bags! A few years later we realized that we don't just love rain, we love being outside! So we developed new products like slippers, socks and sandals that make enjoying outside even easier. Each year, millions of yards of fabric go unused across the fashion industry. We introduced our Upcycle collection to reuse otherwise excess fabric to become amazing and beautiful umbrellas. Do not buy from Imax fashions seller on Target
Umbrella itself felt and looked nice but, it was packaged horribly. Just came wrapped in two, taped-together thin bags. No box to protect it. It was bent upon arrival, not a shock, and now I have to deal with bringing it in for a return. Avoid.

Singing in the rain!

Totes products are always top notch and this umbrella makes you want to just sing in the rain. Roomy and big enough for two people to be protected by the from the rain. Just as easy to open and it is to easy close. If you’re looking for a great umbrella, then this one is for you!

Perfect for dressing up or down

It opens smoothly and is easy to close when not in use. It is extemely sturdy and has held up well even in the heaviest downpours. I’ve recommended this umbrella to my friends because it has held up so well even in the heaviest of midwest rain storms!

It’s not as “auto-open” as others, because once you click the button you still have to push the entire thing up to use. But it’s still great and looks pretty in the entrance of my home!

Light weight!

To close it all you have to do is pull it down and it clicks back in place. I especially like the curved handle because it is easy to hold onto and when you go shopping you can hang it on the cart instead of having to lay it in it.
