Good quality, runs big

It's well made and I love that it's cotton. Unfortunately, it is waaay too big for me and looks ridiculous. I am pretty small, so adult hats are often a bit big on me, but not usually this big. Probably cute on someone bigger than I am. Nice enough quality, though, that I don't want to return it, so I'll probably donate it.
