I bought several Tillamook cheeses in May for "two for $7", which works out to $3.50 each, and the regular price was $3.99. Today, June 18, the regular price is still $3.99, but they are trying to get me to buy "two for $8", which works out to $4.00 each, which is 2 cents MORE than the regular price. Do they really think I am that stupid? Sorry, Target, this one really stinks.

I was skeptical about the quality of Tillamook- just how good could a cheese be? I was used to buying Target brand cheese shreds (family of 6, ya gotta keep up) and out of the blue tried the shreds based off an old friend's review of Tillamook ice cream. Well, I've got to admit, it's taken my quesadillas to a heavenly level. The cheese has a substantial level of stretch, creaminess, and all around better taste and texture. Maybe it's because it's not Target brand. Or it could just be Tillamook!😉

This cheese is so delicious. I also put this cheese inside of my rotelle dip when I make it as well because it has shredded cheddar Monterey Jack cheese, queso, and Asadero cheese. It comes in style shreds with four Mexican cheeses. This cheese is really fresh. The texture is perfect. It melts very well And I highly recommend this. It is one of the really good tasting cheeses that I’ve tried and I highly stand by it. It is so delicious.
