However, all of our cheeses (with the exception of our Maker’s Reserve 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015 cheddars) are considered vegetarian and do not contain any animal-derived ingredients besides milk.

OMG! I wish I could give more than 5 stars! If you love cheese like I do then you will LOVE Tillamook brands! This one in particular I used for a recipe and normally my hands reach for kraft but Tillamook was on sale and I decided to give them a try. I won't ever turn back to the other brands. Its a night and day difference. I have now tried them all and they slice and melt like butter.
