  • Waist

    Bend slightly to one side. The crease is where your natural waistline is. Measure a comfortable loose, level line around that point.

  • Inseam

    Take a pair of pants that fit well. Now measure along the seam from the crotch to the leg opening.

The briefs look normal compared to standard underwear which is greatly appreciated.

Upon first opening there was concern that the size was too big, however, the fit was true to size and comfortable. There was minimal shrinkage after washing. Worn to work and had an incident. The product absorbed as hoped for and saved from an embarrassing complete change of clothing. The briefs look normal compared to standard underwear which is greatly appreciated.

100ML is more than you think!!

Okay so I tested these on a full bladder and wow do they hold up. No leaking not even the feeling of dampness. The quality and craftsmanship of the underwear is very good. They are soft and have good structure. The spot on the rear where the pad is takes some getting used to as it is very "diapery" but it isn't too bad. The main criticism I have is that for more muscular or thicker legs, you have to size up double because they are VERY tight on your thighs otherwise. I initially thought it was to ensure that there were no leaks. But after testing a full bladder I can say that it would not have mattered. The underwear hold up. On quality and value 5 star. 3 star for comfort overall.

Men’s Discreet underwear

I think these are a wonderful product! Discrete enough for men to not feel uncomfortable or defeated but also casual and sleek design for comfort and versatility! The fabric is very soft and breathable while the protection has more of a mesh sports wear feel.

Life-Changing Comfort and Confidence!

I’ve been using the TIICHOO Washable Incontinence Underwear for a while now, and I am beyond impressed with the quality, comfort, and peace of mind they provide. Getting the pack with five different colors was the best decision; the shades are lovely and make them feel like regular, stylish lingerie rather than a functional garment, which really helps in maintaining a sense of normalcy and dignity. The fabric is incredibly soft and breathable, fitting perfectly without any of the bulk or "crinkling" sounds you often get with other brands, making them completely discreet under any outfit. Most importantly, the absorbency is outstanding—they handle leaks effortlessly and keep me feeling dry and secure throughout the entire day. They have held up beautifully after multiple trips through the washing machine, retaining their shape, elasticity, and soft texture perfectly. Great for incontinence

These are great underwear for men with incontinence issues. The material has a cooling sensation and has moisture wicking properties while keeping the underneath dry. The fabric is very absorbent and flexible for all day comfort. I like the overall design of the underwear too. Overall, I recommend this product to others!

Considerate to man and earth

These underwear are great for a man's dignity and discretion. There is no detectable bulk at all with these underwear. On a whole different consideration, they are washable and reusable. So saving countless pair of disposable briefs from ending up in a landfill.

Comfy

These underwear are comfy and definitely give a boost of confidence with the extra layers of protection that they provide for incontinence. Their fit is on the large size, if you’re in between sizes, size down. They washed and dried well.

Surprisingly comfortable, good coverage for leaks

These underwear are surprisingly comfortable and feel like regular underwear. They do not feel like absorbent underpants. They look like underwear too. They have full coverage from front to back. They come in great colors and size matches the size you wear in regular underwear.

Fits well and comfortable

These fits my husband perfectly. He feels comfortable wearing these throughout the day. The materials are also gentle and soft on his skin. There are five pairs in a pack so it’s very worth it for the value.

I received this pack of men’s boxer briefs from Target Hey Bullseye for free in exchange for my honest opinion, and I was pleasantly surprised the moment I opened the package. The material feels soft, durable, and high-quality — not thin or cheaply made. Each pair has a nice stretch that moves with you, and the stitching looks clean and sturdy. You can tell right away that these were designed with comfort in mind, from the breathable fabric to the smooth waistband that doesn’t roll or dig into the skin.the packing was very nice

Good quality incontinence briefs for men but may need to size up

I chose the Tiichoo Washable Incontinence Briefs for Men in size L for a family member to try and he said the fit was on the tighter side. He has a waist of 35" and typically wears a pant size of 36". These low rise, flyless briefs measure 16" across when the waistband is flat and can stretch to 17"-18" across. The snug fit will dig in beyond that measurement. He would recommend sizing up for these briefs for more comfort and all day wear. The briefs came in box as a pack of 5 in colors Red, Grey, Navy and 2 Black. The material composition is Body: 95% cotton, 5% Elastane, Crotch: Outer 100% Polyester, Lining: 85% Polyester, 15% Polyamide; 100% Polyester + TPU (coated fabric). The care tag advises machine wash or hand wash, tumble dry low or hang dry. He did the hand wash and hang dry method without experiencing any shrinkage or color fading. The front to back coated fabric lining does what it is supposed to and absorbed frequent dripping and small bursts without any leakage so absorbency is high. Did not experience any spillage around the thigh area. There is no mention of wicking or odor control properties so frequent changes are expected for hygienic purposes. Overall, well made and good quality briefs if you can get the right size.
