    Bend slightly to one side. The crease is where your natural waistline is. Measure a comfortable loose, level line around that point.

  • Inseam

    Take a pair of pants that fit well. Now measure along the seam from the crotch to the leg opening.

Much better alternative to adult diapers

These are surprisingly soft, comfortable, and they serve their purpose. Nobody wants to have accidents, but these make cleanup much easier. Recommended for bigger kids that have issues with bedwetting or seniors with weak bladders.

Great product

Great boxers. They are thicker and have absorbing layer so accidents are contsined. Great for incontinence. They are easy to wash and reuse. They are comfortable to wesr and feel like your not wearing a diaper. Great product.

These men’s underwear are seriously impressive. The material is super soft, breathable, and comfortable enough to wear all day without irritation. They fit true to size and provide great support without feeling tight or restrictive. After multiple washes, they’ve held their shape and softness really well. Easily some of the most comfortable underwear I’ve owned—definitely buying more and highly recommend to anyone looking to upgrade their basics!

Leakproof boxers

Well made, hold leaking well

It is so difficult to find something that looks like a regular boxer brief, but also helps with leaking. These definitely won’t hold an entire bladder, but small leaks are held tight by these. They are soft and seem well made.

My Son said the underwear was very uncomfortable!!

My Thoughts on these underwear is that maybe it would be good for someone experiencing bladder issues. My Son had worn a pair to work and explained that in the crotch area the material is to thick and uncomfortable.

Thicker than I imagined

While I haven’t tested their absorbency, they are thicker than I was imagining. They are two layers-outer to look like boxers, and inner than is like padded bathing suit liner/briefs. Will see how they work.

Men's Padded Brief

These seem pretty standard at first, but there is a large "pad" inside that makes them feel a little diapery. Good option for someone that may need, but doesn’t want to wear a full adult diaper. Not the most comfortable, but look pretty normal on.

Breathable and comfortable

Great true to fit breathable boxers that come in different colors and multiple size packs. The waistband is stretchy and fits comfortably when doing anything. These are durable and hold up great in the wash.
