I loved these pods and had been using them for a while now, it’s easier when you live in apartments. However I’m not sure if they changed their formula because they have been sticking to my clothes, they don’t fully disintegrate. Needless to say, I will no longer be purchasing these anymore as they are continuously ruining my clothes.

We’re sorry to hear about this experience, Jessica! Please know our products go through strict quality checks to ensure they work to your expectations and ours. This is certainly not a situation we’d expect, and we’d love to provide form future use and restoration tips. As you may know, our PODS™ should be put in the washer before any clothing. Also, if the load is too full, they might not have enough room to dissolve. We do not recommend trying to pull the fabric apart or taking the POD™ off the garment as this may cause tears to form. To restore your clothing, please soak the garments overnight in water. The next day re-wash the garment with no detergent at the highest temperature permitted by the care label. We’re sorry for what you’ve described, but glad you let us know, because we’re confident we can help turn this concern around. Before you start, always make sure you handle pacs with dry hands and reseal the tub or bag after each use. Put 1 Power POD for most loads, 2 for big ones, in the drum of your machine, before the load you’re washing. Make sure your washing machine is set for the load you’re washing, and that the drum isn’t overloaded. This will allow for the PODS™ to fully dissolve and meld with the water. Came Damged
Ordered it online and when I opened my package I saw a leakage in this tide pods container. Turns out some of the tide pods had exploded and ruined the rest of my tide pods. So every time I tried using a pod my hand would be messy. So I did try to exchange it yet they told me since I used a coupon I would have to pay the difference regardless if it came damaged or not?!! Like why am I having to pay an extra fee just because your warehouse employees were careless and damaged my items. This happens to often when ordering online.
