A: Hello - We appreciate your interest in this item.   Firstly you must remove the isolation strip from the compartment below, then place the solar light in an area where it can receive direct sunlight for at least 8 hours each day. Shadowed locations will not allow the battery to charge fully and will reduce the hours of night time lighting. The selected location should not be near night time light sources, such as porch lights, street lights or pool lights, as these may cause the solar light to turn off prematurely. A: Relocate the ficture or eliminate other light sources (Eg:- Streetlights, Porch lights, Other Solar Lights, etc). Try swapping the batteries from the working lights to the non-working lights (you can use regular batteries just to check if the lights come on).
