Shouldn't we all stop shopping at Target? They sent me a box of junk. Seriously, not even close to what I ordered. And they wouldn't refund me or send me the items I ordered until I returned the box of junk. So the trip to the store that I was avoiding by ordering online is now inevitable to get my money back. They have shipped me so many wrong orders in the past and so many broken items. Why do I keep shopping here? Target is not a good company. Why do we all shop here. There stuff is not that good.

Not true to size
It looks really nice but it is not really 11x14 inside the mat like it says. It’s more like 10.5x13.5, so it cuts off some of my picture. I will have to return it and find a frame that really is 11x14 inside the mat.

The frame was lovely. However, I ordered mine to be shipped and it arrived with broken glass. Back it went. I would not recommend having this item shipped. Target is not the best with providing adequate packing materials for more delicate products.

Incompetent packers
Genius packing job by employers who didn't give a care or are seriously challenged. This arrived in a box 4x its size with absolutely no padding or packing materials so entire glass frame was broken into a million pieces.

Very thin glass
I was trying to recreate a look shown with the 3 large frames and a light above. First - one we received was broken. Target replaced that one. Then, while hanging, 2 others broke - one simply when my husband picked it up. (The frames come with NOTHING to use for hanging.) we are now into these frames for a lot of money and have 1 unbroken one out of 3.

Came broken upon delivery
The frames were sent wrapped but in a box way too big, which caused them to be tossed around and therefore they were broken upon delivery. I didn't even unwrap them because I didn't want glass everywhere. Hopefully I can return them.
