Q: How do you recommend cleaning the plastic ring and other part on the lid? They smell like garlic and I have used soap, vinegar and baking soda and they still smell. Any suggestions would be helpful.

A: To keep contents hot/cold longer in vacuum insulated products, preheat product by filling with hot water or prechill with cold water for 5-10 minutes just prior to use. To keep hot or cold for longer, please fill food jar completely up to capacity with really hot or cold starting temperatures, and refrain from constantly opening and closing the lid.

My son loves his thermos for taking hot food to school on game days! We pre heat our thermos with warm water before adding food, and the food stays hot for hours! It doesn’t leak, and the foldable fork is such a nice touch. The other brands have forks on the outside of the thermos so it doesn’t feel like the fork stays clean. This one is tucked safely in the lid! This one is our winner over all brands! And Target had the best price plus 5% off when I used my red card. Best thing is it’s easy to return if we have any problem. You can’t beat Target for good customer service!

I wanted this Thermos in sky blue color (as ordered), but a pink one was delivered instead. Overall, these thermos's are durable and perfect for my kids' lunches. I do replace them each year, as the plastic seal does wear down. However, it holds up nicely for the school year!

3 attempts I made to receive this item, every time I received the pink color. There is definitely a glitch in the system and target needs to correct it. The item itself is fine, it does what I expect it to, which is keep food warm. But target send me the wrong color. I wanted to use it today and there wasn’t time to exchange it. My only critique of the product itself is that it would be better if it had a “toppings” compartment in the top. The only thermos I found with this feature was too small and it was designed for kids.

Not Blue. Ups scans blue. Its PINK
It’s pink. Not blue. And not a store mistake. When you scan the barcode on the bottom it shows up in app as the blue. Someone messed up at manufacturing.
