Among the group's special missions are Greyhound rescue and placement. Branigan gives lectures, seminars, and radio and television interviews on the humane treatment of all animals and is recognized as the country's leading expert on the adoption of ex-racing Greyhounds. Branigan is also the author of Adopting the Racing Greyhound, Third Edition from Wiley.
