Came all broken! Returning
This came item came broken in pieces so badly that there was no way it could be repaired. I’m very disappointed because I really need this for when I sit in my chair and it protects my back. I am going to try and re-order it and if the same thing happens, I will look elsewhere.

Seems ok at first. BUT, it doesn't fold up flat. Also, it will scoot across the floor when you put your feet on it. Which, defeats the whole purpose. Also, there are no return label provided because (and I quote) "it was purchased online". . . lol. It would have cost me twice what I paid to ship it back

Description says this arrives fully assembled. WRONG. Needs assembly with 4 screws. Worse, the instructions say "use power screwdriver to START assembly." I question whether screws themselves are long enough. I am hoping it works out--like design and being able to fold and set aside (again, I hope). No instant use--I have to figure this one out and spend time on it. Not what I planned on from the description!! Not totaly happy with this purchase.

Works great for what I wanted it for
I have a rocker/recliner and the recliner part broke and I didn't want to get rid of the chair, I wanted a foot stool that would rock in sync with my rocker and this foot stool does. After ready reviews I was careful putting it together and have been using it for about a week with no problems
