I love these pads so much that I wear them all the time.

I am a crossdresser and always use these pads while dressed. The size, fit and comfort is unbelievable. I do wear them with the wide portion in the front in order to be sure of containing all dribbles, drips, streams or gushes. They hold up for the task at hand. If you're looking for comfort and reliability, these pads are just the item. If you try them, I'm sure you'll buy more.

I spent several hours on line and in store researching the most absorbent pads. I returned Discreet Pads and Disposable Pants. I read many reviews and compared many products. Tena pads are the best and largest. I watched several videos from different brands. I think they are meant to absorb 8 cups of liquid. However, I can only excrete 1 pee at night, before the pad leaks and wets my sheets....not 2 pees in the same pad. I don't think I pee an abnormally large amount but it's still a relief not to have to get out of bed, expose my self to light and effort to pee in the toilet because this makes it more difficult to go back to sleep and overcome severe insomnia. Maybe I could try swapping a clean, dry pad into my underpants in the middle of the night, in bed, after I pee the first time, to avoid getting up to go to the bathroom at all! Anyway, Tena has no smell like the others complain. You don't need extra pull up urination protection disposable pants...the pad is enough and the best compared to all the rest. I'll definitely keep buying Tena Pads which are made of more natural material without gel.

I ordered the overnight pads and they are not what I wanted I guess I should have ordered the next size down

I am less than impressed with the stickiness of the pad. It barely sticks to my underwear. I have used Tena before without this issue.

This pad is very absorbent and has more cushion. Odor control is great too. Very pleased.

I like the softness of the pads, but they are too short. They need to be longer for night use.

If only these pads had I little more absorbency they might be perfect…

I love Tena overnight pads very absorbent and comfortable

I have come to depend on the Tena name. After 3 strokes I don't make it to the bathroom intime. The Over nights are able to keep me dry and my skin doesn't get irritated from 24/7 use. The top layer allows for quick absorption and I don't have to worry about wet pants.

I’ve been a faithful Tena user for 10 years … recently I’ve been having an overflow issue… Í leak constantly.. Í did notice that some new “sensitive “ makeover was initiated on the overnight pads I’ve used for years …I realized that whatever was done has now ruined the pads causing the constant leakage. I thought I was going crazy …. please please stop fixing what isn’t broken. I now have to wear TWO pads to try and not leak . Will be looking for other alternatives…

I have been buying them for years, but not on line directly from the manufacturer. I find them perfect for my wife's needs.
