Disappointing quality control.
Purchased this little shelf for some space saving in my laundry room. The box was in good shape. When I pulled out all the pieces, it looks to have been put together already once before. Wear and tear at screw holes, some of the slats on the shelves were bent, but they are a little flimsy anyway. The little adjustable knobs on the bottom also had wear and tear.

Horrible product. Missing bolts - not enough to install all 5 shelves. Poorly manufactured - holes on legs don't line up with shelves. Some shelf holes won't grab - bolts just spin. Top & bottom legs not aligned - took two people to force them together. Had high hopes for this item, but very disappointed. Had to use many zip-ties to hold it together. Doubt it will hold much this way & ruined looks. This shelving appeared new in box, but maybe it was returned by someone else who tried to put it together? Or maybe I got a dud. Note: Also have two fabulous BRIGHTROOM carts - easy to assemble, sturdy, & look great. This shelving is so bad that if I had purchased it first, I never would have tried other BRIGHTROOM products & missed out on those great carts.

Cheap!
The legs don’t attach to each other the right way. In addition, the holes to add screws are crooked and misaligned, resulting in the legs being loose and wobbly.

So hard to put this simple piece together. The holes don’t line up with the screws. Very tough work! Disappointed
