Poor Construction
Like another reviewer said, the hex wrench does not fit the small screws because of all the white paint. I had to turn them all by hand, but the base bar was impossible to screw tightly by hand so it’s not very sturdy. I had to wedge the shelf between two other items so it wouldn’t wobble.

Works great. My product did not arrive defective or damaged. Works perfectly for what I wanted it for- to hold my shoes and other items :) It seems heavy and sturdy.

Impossible to put together
The short screws that come with the item have been painted over and white, but the paint is so thick that the hex wrench will no longer go into them, thus making it almost impossible to put together. I honestly don't care how this works after I put together because I don't even know if I will be able to get it there with the parts supplied.

Defective and damaged
Arrived with damaged shelves. Difficult to assemble with tools provided. Defective base that caused it to be wobbly. The box it came in was so damaged I can’t ship it back.
