Great big pan

Good cookware is an investment and this is something that I'll enjoy using for many years. I love that it sustains high temperatures so I can move it to the oven. It's roomy but not so big that it is clumsy and hard to handle. It cleans up easily and I have not had an issues with foods sticking to the pan. I would recommend this to any serious cook or even a novice cook who wants to start a good collection of excellent cookware.

I am still learning how to get the temps down to allow the perfect cooking experience but so far the pan has worked well. If you get the temp right it works wonders on cooking. I have mastered eggs and plan to practice more.
