T-fal 10.5" Stainless Steel Fry Pan, HybridMesh, Silver

I purchased this pan because our last T-fal pan is getting old. One of the regular things we use it for is to fry eggs. They stick to the pan and can't be flipped without ruining them. I am NOT happy with this pan. Can it be returned?

Not really non-stick. I cooked vegetables with a sauce with no oil and had trouble getting the surface clean.

The handle is nice because it is riveted steel. The pan itself has hybrid mesh technology. A must have for any cook.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a cool looking pan that is so easy to clean. It does have food stick to it however, as soon as you run water under it, you easily get the food off. They distributed heat pretty well and I've been able to cook multiple things in it.

I have used it numerous times, and it is scratch resistant to metal utensils and easy to wash with little to no scrubbing. The mesh on the bottom of the pan evenly distributes heat so that the meal you cook, cooks all at the same time great for steaks, sautéed veggies. I use this for everything. Absolutely love this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This T-fal hybridMesh stainless steel 10.5 inch pan is a nice pan to cook anything but remember it’s stainless steel hybrid not nonstick so if you don’t know how to cook you will be upset and complain. You need to heat up pan first with some butter or oil to cook properly. The eggs do stick a little but like in a stainless steel pan but again with proper butter or oil once it’s cooked to a certain point it’s easy to release. This pan heat up fast and I don’t find it has any uneven cooking zones. It’s well built and have a good weight. To me it’s not heavy but it’s not light either. It’s basically t-fall stainless steel pan with hexclad cooking surface. Cleaning is really easy you don’t need to scrub it a lot. I like this pan.

This was my first experience with a T-fal product and I am impressed. I used it to cook different types of meat (steak, ground beef, bacon) and it seemed to distribute heat well and cook evenly. I did try to scramble some eggs but found the "mesh" seemed to cause the egg pieces to stick and get trapped within itself. I will likely avoid using it for eggs again. It cleaned up well with both hand washing and in the dishwasher.

The hybrid mesh technology is completely new to me. The surface of the pan is textured. This pan is made of premium stainless steel and has a tri-ply construction. It has more weight than a regular fry pan. I've used it to fry eggs, and it's truly non-stick.

It cooked the food fine, but the textured surface is what I hate. It feels weird when mixing food around in the pan to go over all the bumps. It also gets food stuck more than a normal non-stick pan which also makes cleaning more difficult. I think there are better pans out there for a comparable price.
