    Wheel broke off after second use!

    DO NOT BUY FROM SWISSGEAR! The wheel broke off after second use. I was just outside my one-year warranty. I contacted Swissgear. At their request I took pictures of the failure--only to discover the wheels were not installed correctly at the factory! (Note in picture that screws were not centered, and two screw heads "riding up" on the sides--thus not fully installed.) This was clearly a assembly quality issue (and not mis-use)--yet SwissGear would only offer 30% off a new order. I've reached out to Target as well.

    Do not honor the 10 year warranty

    At first I thought this was a great purchase. But only used less than 10 times. Suitcase must of had a defect, handle came apart. So it was not put together properly, tightened down etc. The 10 year warranty department will string you a long to completely ignoring you. They do not care or help, & will not honor anything. That is why there is a one star, they do not honor the warranty.

    Do not recommend

    The zipper separated from the shell after 2 trips. Target couldn't accept the return because it was after 90 days, and Swiss Gear warranty is worthless because you can't contact them. So I gave one star for each trip, but too expensive to not last longer.

    Roomy, Lightweight Suitcase

    This suitcase is very lightweight and holds a lot. I packed for a week trip and a 5 day trip using it with space to spare. It is my favorite suitcase to date. I do not yet know how it holds up on flight, but its durability can not be worse than that of my other suitcases.

    Light weight & Smooth rolling

    I like the size and how it handles rolling. I was disappointed that it got dented after the first use. But it was nice for the trip and easy to roll around and lift. I enjoyed that it is light weight as well. The handle goes up and down easily and felt sturdy. I like the color as it doesn’t show dirt

    Roomy and light but already broken

    Bought this suitcase less than a year ago. Nice roller wheels that are smooth, perfect size for a 10 day trip and not too big, lightweight, handle works well. Disappointed that on our 2nd trip, the black corner pieces are falling off. I would say, try to find the one without the decorative corner pieces and it would be a good bag.

    Worked for 5 trips then broke

    This bag was great while it lasted but the corners dented and then broke off first, then the handle dislodged from where it was connected to the bag, then one of the wheels came off. It was a great size and I wish the listing told you the dimensions of the bag.

    Too easily damaged

    Damaged on my first trip. The corner was dented in. The handle doesn’t come out anymore and it is not use-able. Warranty doesn’t cover cheap materials.
