A: The box lists allergens and the only one it lists is milk , it doesn't state anything about peanuts or nuts so I would take a guess and say it is free of nut exposure or it would have been stated on the box. The product is Gluten Free.

Poor quality ingredients, changed recipe?
We have bought Swiss Miss for the last 20 years and loved it but the last 2 containers have been horrible. It's not the rich creamy chocolate flavor it uses to be. It tastes like poor quality artificial flavors and spoiled milk and has almost no creamy texture. Please fix your quality and/or recipe issue.

Your new formulation is unpalatable
I loved your cocoa for decades. Now I am bereft. Your recent reformulation has lead to a serious degradation in the texture of the drink. Within an hour, my mocha begins to develop a slimy goopy texture which increases with time until the entire drink becomes a single viscous and unpalatable mass. I have been a regular and enthusiastic consumer of Swiss Miss for over fifty years, mixing it with strong coffee to make my daily mocha, sipping it throughout the day. I used to buy four 4-pound cases at a time. Now even the sight of your logo makes me gag. Last year I would have given you a five star rating. Now I can only give you one star. Please bring back your classic formulation.

This review might not be the typical but I wanted to say I was really excited about your dairy-free cocoa option and made a special trip to a local store that seem to carry it only to find out it's made with coconut milk. In case you guys don't know it at Conagra, coconut milk is an IBS trigger, so no cocoa for me. 😭
