They are advertised as unscented, and their customer service confirmed they should be unscented. I wonder if there was a packaging error. I've used Swiffers for years and never had one that smelled like this.

A: Safety is our top priority here at Swiffer, and we can assure you that our Dusters have been thoroughly evaluated to be safe when used as directed. The material is made out of polyester / polyethylene / polypropylene, and they feature a mineral oil finish to trap and lock dust and other particles.

Loathe ENTIRELY
I’ve used these forever, and now they’ve changed for the WORSE. The new box I threw in the garage. They literally don’t pick up dust anymore! It just stirs it up. Guess I’ll be going back to dusting the old fashion way with a damp cloth. When you have asthma you can’t risk stirring up dust in the air more than necessary. Lost a 10+ year customer! And from the looks of other reviews, a whole lot more than me.

The Heavy Duty UNSCENTED duster is NOT unscented.
The Swiffer Duster Heavy Duty 3 dusters states UNSCENTED Removes Up To 95% ALLERGENS. It is NOT NOT Unscented. If you are looking for an unscented duster this is not the one. The regular dusters are unscented. This duster smells awful.

Why did they make it worse? The old ones worked just fine. Now they just smear the dust around. I won't be buying these again. Change them back & I'll reconsider.

Not unscented!!!
Thought some of the reviews about scent were a fluke. Nope. These are not unscented, not even lightly scented. They are HEAVILY scented like some kind of detergent. Allergy-inducing, eyes burning level of scent. Really shocking. If Swiffer knows these are unscented, someone needs to advise on storage away from other detergents. Returned.

Not like they used to be
Bring back the old version. These are flat, not full like they used to be. They rip when you insert the dusting handle. I wish they cleaned as well as they used to, I now use twice as many. New design is not an improvement .

I have been using these 2-sided or 360 dusters for years. I just opened a new box with the added "removes up to 95% of allergens". The problem is, they're scratchy. I use these on my good, solid hardwood furniture and on my solid hardwood floors in hard-to-reach spaces. I can hear these against the surface as I dust, and I imagine they're making fine scratches. I'm not willing to take that chance. I'll look for and purchase an off brand product and see how that plays out. Frustrating!

Good refill pack for dusting

Compact package but good value, I thought a box comes with one duster, but it comes with 6! Very happy with this refill set.
