Disappointed contains Rice Flour
Appears the "Rice Flour" which has a High Glycemic impact to me, is counter productive to the Benefits of this supplement. Have tried several of Swanson's products and any of which that has Rice Flour is a no go for me. Hard lessons teach, I will be more aware of "OTHER" ingredients from this point forward.

I take one 200 mcg capsule, mornings. I think chromium picolinate (CP) helps my energy like few supplements can. I also also don't worry about eating sugar if I take CP, but I never have been able to take more than 200 mcg of CP per day. However, it's one of my permanent supplements that I prefer to not live without.

It’s not my imagination that this supplement is very important for brain health and to keep glucose levels within more normal ranges at least in a person who doesn’t have type 1 diabetes. Type 2 diabetic persons would benefit from it along with proper diet of course.

Seems to help
I started taking Chromium Picolinate to help regulate my blood sugar levels. Have seen some slight reductions in my blood sugar readings but I think I really need to do better with watching what I eat for it to really be a greater benefit to my body.

I have a blood sugar issue that I feel is related to meds I have to take. I believe this product has helped keep my numbers down even though they are not all that high. I will likely reorder because I think it's working to my advantage.
