I decided to take this for regularity and to give my intestinal tract some basic good probiotics. The former objective has been achieved, most likely this supplement's benefit. Of course, I can't measure the effect of the latter. But I feel that this is a healthy but minimally invasive supplement that can only do good. On top of it all, this is very inexpensive. In regard to regularity, I tried 3 other probiotics supplements and they didn't do a thing for me with this problem, but this one did. And I am very happy. I do understand that everyone may not have the same result, and one just has to try different products to see which one works. The medical professionals were of no use to me. I would say that this probiotic works decent. It seems to assist in regularity. I want to use this for a longer period to evaluate it better.
