Great Product
I used to juice the fresh Nopalito cactus every day but found it hard to locate in my area. Since using the Prickly Pear Cactus Opuntia, it works great for increasing bulk and fiber to create regularity. It's also convenient to take along when you travel.

It helped me
I bought this product on the recommendation of research biologist. I also did my own research as to the usage and effectiveness. Disappointed
This product is advertised to assist with weight loss management. When a product indicates that it boosts the metabolism, to me that means with low calorie eating I should loose a few pounds. I had been maintaining my weight for 2 years - not loosing but at least not gaining either. Imagine my dismay when I gained 4 pounds while taking this product!!!
