Sleeping Like a Baby Again!
Wonderful product. I’m finally falling asleep and staying asleep for the first time in months. I combine this with Swanson Melatonin-Free Sleep Aid. I would recommend both of these for a cure to insomnia. I begin to feel sleepy 30-60 minutes after I take them. I sleep well and I’m not groggy in the morning getting ready for work.

For couples with different sleep timings
My husband can fall asleep in minutes but I take hours even though we generally get to bed around the same time. I tend to keep a light on or use my phone or computer, which sometimes annoys him. The karacalm variant seemed to help quieten my anxiety enough to be able to sleep sooner. I love this product, and I think my husband might love it even more!

Had BAD Urinary... side-effects for me!
I took 1 cap, one hour before bed, along with my "normal" scripts- 1/2 glass of water. Got to sleep Fast, but woke up in an hour, having to pee BADLY! Kept waking up to pee every hour, for the rest of the night! In the morning I had- Dry mouth! Dry scratchy eyes! Kidneys ached, in lower back Went back to SW Valerian root/Ashganwanda.

Refreshed mornings
Does more then just improving sleep. For me, the biggest thing has actually been how it improved my energy levels. No more drowsy mornings and no more irritability from lack of sleep.

Fantastic Product!! Melatonin didn't work, but this product did!
I have been struggling so much with sleep and I have tried other supplements like Melatonin which had no impact for me. But this Deep Rest and Stress Relief product has worked wonderfully for me! I am getting a lot more deep sleep and overall my stress levels have been under control. Great work Swanson!!

Noticed better sleep a few weeks in.

The feeling of being constantly on edge has improved, as well as being able to sleep for longer durations. I combined this supplement with increased water intake and will confidently say I have noticed a difference.

Solid list of ingredients
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I appreciate the list of ingredients in this formula. It includes thoughtful ingredients like jujube that are not often included in blends, but that I find are helpful for sleep. Jujube, or dates, is used in traditional Chinese medicine. For those of us who are stressed and need calm, that is a nice alternative ingredient to melatonin which makes me groggy the next day. I don't feel this formula resulted in a feeling of "calm" as the name implies, nor did I feel like I got as much REM sleep as I was hoping for in taking this. However, it may be my own individual body chemistry.

May cause vivid dreams
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started Deep Rest and Stress Relief — Featuring KaraCalm hoping for better sleep and a calmer mind. It seemed promising at first—but before I could tell how calming or restful it truly was, the dreams took over. Vivid, cinematic, and a little too immersive, they made my nights feel more like movie marathons than rest. After a couple of weeks, I realized it was likely interacting with my other supplements and stopped taking it. It may work great for others, but definitely check for interactions before diving in. Do better than me!

Stress Relief
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try this blend of sleep and stress supplement because my sleeping habits have not been great lately. Unfortunately it really did not improve my sleep - still felt restless going to bed/taking a while to fall asleep. Once asleep I did seem to sleep deeper so that is a positive. Also, I do wake up feeling fairly refreshed as well. So the deeper sleep much be improving my sleep quality if I do not feel as groggy as I used to. I also notice that it did seem to make me feel calmer throughout the day. I don't feel easily irritated as I used to be. So definitely an improvement in my overall sense of calm/stress. Overall I will continue to use this supplement due to the sleep quality improvements - I just need to find something that makes me all asleep faster too!

Sleeping Great Through the Night!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been really happy with this supplement so far. I started taking it a few weeks ago, and I’ve noticed I fall asleep faster and actually stay asleep... which is saying a lot with a busy job and three kids. I’ve been waking up feeling more rested and less groggy in the mornings, which makes such a difference getting everyone out the door. I’ve also noticed I feel calmer at night, and it’s easier to unwind after work instead of staying in “go mode.” During the day, I’ve had a little more energy and focus, probably because I’m finally getting real sleep. Overall, it’s been a simple change that’s made my evenings and mornings feel a lot smoother.

Excellent supplement that delivers
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ladies, if you're in your late 30's or in your 40's and started experiencing some perimenopausal and sleep issues, this will help! I've used Valerian root in the past being of an Eastern European descent, I've watched my mom and grandmother using this natural ingredient for decades. It's safe and effective, but typically has a very strong smell even encapsulated. Swanson has solved the problem with this supplement as the smell is very faint. I'm in my early 40's and started experiencing effects of perimenopause that make me anxious while having a hard time getting enough quality sleep. I've been searching for a quality supplement, and to my surprise this works amazing. The blend of ingredients in this supplement relax your mind and body, help you fall asleep quicker and experience deep sleep without any grogginess in the morning. With that said, anyone with sleep and stress issues will benefit!

Didn’t notice much of a difference
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was super excited to try this because currently in my life I’ve been having a lot of stress. I do think that it helped me get a little bit deeper sleep, but not enough to notice a huge impact to the point where I noticed drastic differences in my stress levels decreases. I still have some capsules left and will continue to use them to see if longer use will improve sleep and stress.

Sleep comes easier!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first thing I noticed was the ability to “turn off” and fall asleep more quickly than normal. A huge plus! Maybe this helped lower stress? Or calm the body and the mind followed? I’m not sure it helped sustain sleep, but I have always woken a few times overnight. But knowing that within a half hour or so of taking this supplement at night that my head would be ready to hit the pillow? Nice.

Deep rest is the best!

Works Fairly Well
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Deep rest & stress relief has worked fairly well for me. I most definitely felt calmer, as advertised, which was quite nice to find in a supplement. I also fell asleep more easily. It is easy to take before bedtime and doesn’t add too much into my typical routine. I did find that I still woke up throughout the night a few times; I was hoping it would help me sleep entirely through the night. Additionally, I did dream quite a bit when using this. It’s important to note that I tend to dream a lot in general and that other medicines have exacerbated this for me as well so it is not uncommon for me individually. I’m not sure I felt a significant difference in feeling rested/calm the next day; it is challenging for me to assess that as I have two toddlers a a very busy day to day! Overall, I think this is a decent supplement to use for calmness and ease of falling asleep.

Helpful for Nighttime

This makes drifting off to sleep a challenge even when I feel mentally and physically exhausted. I’ve been taking Deep Rest and Stress Relief - featuring KaraCalm daily and it’s significantly helped me fall asleep more quickly and helps trying to fall asleep. It doesn’t make me feel groggy which is crucial as I have young children that occasionally wake up in the night and always wake up earlier than I would like in the morning. I have to be immediately alert which helps make this supplement a great alternative to other sleep aids.

Relaxed bedtime and full night's sleep

It Works!

I will continue to take the pill as it has helped me a lot with sleeplessness and being anxious all the time. I also like the all natural ingredients used. I wish the pills were a bit smaller, but other than that, this is a great product that is effective for what I need it for.
