Look up David Sinclair, Harvard researcher who studies aging and epigenetics. He says take this in the morning with resveratrol. He personally takes 1 whole gram of each. They work together. The NMN is the gas resveratrol is the gas pedal.

I really love this NMN for energy... I definitely notice a difference and I love to take it with PQQ. The perfect pick-me-up that is good for me too!!!

The dosage is higher than any other I’ve come across. So price is good. Recommended dose by experts is 1gm. So 3ish pills versus the 10 I have to take from “less expensive” brands is not worth it. Pay attention to dosing and number of pills to get that. Swanson is best bang for your buck if care about dosing
