I started taking this supplement because I wanted to help with my menstrual cycle. I've been experiencing heavy cycles for 5-7 days with severe clotting. I started taking it prior to my menstrual cycle and and I noticed that when my cycle did begin it was light and remained light to medium throughout, not as heavy.
