The tablet is large and tends to stick in my throat. I have taken over half the bottle and have not noticed much of an effect. Perhaps it takes longer than 2 weeks to notice any benefit. Still if the pills were smaller, and less prone to stick in my throat I would much more cofortable to continue using the DHEA to help increase my HGH.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Agree fully with review of a month ago by Doc0430. Photos are indeed of the old product. I just finished bottle of new problem and found same results as Doc0430. The caps are very small and really don't see to have much effect. I have since switched to another well known brand at about the same cost and strength and in 3 days noticed an immediate improvement. Suggest Swansons get this new product lab tested to insure that ingredients are actually what they indicate and are the same formula as the old product shown in the photo.

Not the same as it use to be!
I have used this in the past, and when they changed the capsules I noticed they no longer gave me the same benefits as before. My most recent blood work confirmed what I already thought, my test levels were back in the tank. The photo of the capsules is of the old version, the new version is a fraction of this size now, and it would be physically impossible to have the same 100mg in a cap this small. I wouldn't mind paying more if it was still the old version, seeing as that worked!

This product can be very hard to source locally. I take this daily. I started searching for a product that would help strengthen my muscles. this product does help, but as a side effect: I find my skin and hair have changed for the better as well. My hair is shiny and silky again. My skin has a youthful glow again without make-up. The texture of my skin is better. I feel I am really giving my body the nourishment it requires to be healthy.

Best DHEA I've ever used
I've used other DHEA products that have not given me any results, but since starting this product I've found it to be indispensable to my daily supplement regimen. Also, I notice it when I run out so always keep an extra bottle.

I've read the pros and cons of using DHEA and opted to try Swanson's 100mg dosage because of the positive reviews. I am a dedicated weight lifter but could never regain the muscle definition that I used to have when I was in my 20s. After doing much research, I discovered the loss of testosterone that comes with aging. So I figured to give DHEA a try. After about two weeks of taking it, I noticed a significant boost in my strength at the gym. I have also noticed muscle gains and cut, and my friends and family are noticing. I am very impressed!!! I am almost in my mid-40s and I feel stronger now than when I was younger. You do have to incorporate exercise and proper nutrition with this supplementation to experience the benefits. I just ordered my second and third bottles.

The size of the capsule's changed recently from an average size to a much smaller size. I gave it little thought, until a few week's later I realized that the physical effect on my body was no longer there. I tried to think what I had changed in my diet to cause the change. I searched all aspects of my daily routine, the change in the pill size is the only thing I could come up with that "might" be the reason for my physical effective change.
