Works perfectly
This low dose works great for me for an 8 hr sleep. Works better than other brands I’ve tried. The price is very low compared to others & given the great sleep, it’s an overall great product.

I benefit from melatonin, but I am also sensitive to it. I was taking the 3 mg capsule, pulling it in half, and dumping it into a glass, and then putting the capsule back together and taking the second half the next evening. So, this one milligram works very well for me, and helps me to rest at night.

Love Melatonin 1 mg
It is hard to find Melatonin in less than 3 or 5 milograms. I like that I can choose my dosage in 1 mg increments. The price is super reasonable. I wish it would come in bigger size botles.

Not what I had hope for
I did not find this product helpful. Even though it did help me sleep a little better, it caused such troubling dreams I discontinued using it. I have read I shouldn't have taken more than 1mg but I found that was not effective so I took as many as 4mg. Anything above 2mg caused the nightmares so I discontinued it's use.

Works great. You feel rested the next day
I have a strange sleep pattern. I have days when I am so busy and stressed that my mind won't stop. I take 1 tablet when needed, I will get relaxed and sleepy with an half hour, I go to bed and sleep anywhere from 6 to 7 hours. I wake up not feeling tired or sleepy. I love this product. Thank you Swanson for telling me about the Melatonin.

Very Potent for Me
Three stars not out of dissatisfaction with the product or quality. It just seems stronger than 1 mg. I have taken 1 mg melatonin from other sources but this one is very potent. And since there's no way to split the capsule conveniently, I'm stuck with a supply I can only take when I can devote 10-12 hours to sleep, which is not often.

Good stuff, will continue to use it. I wish they had the same thing with 1.5 miligrams.
I like this formulation because it has only rice flour and gelatin (could do without that, but...) and doesn't bother my reflux and it's inexpensive.

I have been using Melatonin for several years. I am glad I can get it in 1 mg pills. The more common 3 mg or 5 mg are too much & make me doopey.
