Did not help with sleep or muscle spasms
I ordered these to help with sleep, but taking the recommended dose did not seem to make any change. I also did not realize that there was rice in the ingredients, which is a food I am sensitive to. That may be my own fault. The dosage is also a lot lower than the supplements that actually work for me, and that could also be a factor.

Great Magnesium
Need to take this for several things. Both my husband and I need this. Got it on a buy one get one free so the price was excellent. Seems to be helping so far. Switched from another form that I was taking to this one. Another way to get magnesium that we need.

Magnesium Orotate
I appreciate having magnesium available in this form (orotate) as it is easy for the body to absorb. I've added it to my daily regimen in the morning, and I take mega-mag (liquid magnsium) before going to bed. I would like to have the magnesium orotate in a stronger strength, which is whyI rated Convenience as just fair.

Magnes orot
My wife and son have used this product for the last 6 months. Both play competitive tennis and my son is #1 in nation in usta 14's ranking. This has helped keep his bones, muscles where they need to be and for preventative purposes.

Taking magnesium is wonderful for enhancing your muscles' ability to do their jobs effectively, and recover quickly. And, at last, I've found Magnesium Orotate which has been been proved to be the best way to allow magnesium to be accessible to your muscle cells and fibres. I'm nearer 70 than 60 and love to MOVE, dance and jump so am thrilled that I can support my body in this. AND it's given my heart muscle a great big SMILE :)
