Swanson gluten rid
My husband is supposed to remain gluten free but it is really difficult when he meets friends for lunch one a month. I bought this for him to try. He took one right before a burger and fries with his buddies and had no after effects that night or the next day. He said he actually felt better than usual! He stays gluten free at home but this definitely will be his go-to on those occasions when eating out where he can’t guarantee he is getting gluten free products.

Makes it possible to eat grain foods every once in a while.
Have used for awhile now, It helps when I eat grain foods. Would recommend it. Like that the pill is small.

Seems to work
I use this and another brand. This seems to work, but I would prefer the other brand when available.
