Best form of Creatine available
No bloating or sick to your stomach feeling that I get with monohydrate. Higher absorption due to the magnesium chelate. My energy levels are much higher and a noticeable increase strength and endurance at the gym.

No Bloat
I give it 5 stars for not giving me bloat and seems to work as well as the others that I've tried.

I really like this one
This is definitely working better for me than Creapure. I am combining with L-Leucine for a dynamite combination.

A Winner
An ideal way to get both creatine and magnesium. The powder mixes easily and has a neutral flavor that goes down easily. it doesn't seem to have a laxative effect either. It has become a regular part of my supplement routine, and it will remain so.

Best Absorbing Creatine
Taste is very neutral, a little milky. Doesn’t cause water bloating like mono hydrate does and feels very effective. If you’ve taken creatine before you know how it effects you in the gym and this one will not disappoint. Expensive per serving but I think it’s a high value.

Love this magnesium
This is great magnesium at a great price. Even buying it from NZ is still so very worthwhile.

Senior Boost
This has become a must first thing every morning. It mixes easily with water, has a kind of neutral taste, and no lingering aftertaste. I can feel the difference, after taking it for nearly 60 days., one scoop a day, as suggested.

Creatine powder
Nice lemon flavor. Mix this with my water especially when I need to have sustained energy. It is very helpful with my energy level. The only complaint I have is that it does not dissolve well even when using some warm water to help dissolve it.

CREATINE FOR ALL, ALL FOR CREATINE
I love Creatine. I have always gotten very good results when taking a heaping tsp of Creatine in one of my high performance cocktails every day. Whether I'm working out a lot, or heavy, or not at any particular time, I still get a lot of good from Creatine. Swanson carries a number of different forms / formulas of Creatine. I study the labels and try the ones that appear to be the best to me. I have found several that I like very much, including this one. Since Creatine contributes to the ATP energy source for my mitochondria in every cell, I find that it contributes significantly to my overall energy, strength, endurance, and vitality. I'm strictly commenting on Creatine here as what I consider to be a 'super food.' These are not in any way medical-claim type statements. I think Creatine is misunderstood and undervalued by many people. Personally, I find it to be great stuff. I strongly recommend it. Works for me.

Works!
You can't beat the price and if you exercise regularly and /or lift heavy, you will notice it.

Can cause diarrhea
I did take this product a couple times but it caused major diarrhea. Lasted a couple days. If they could attach the creatine to magnesium glycinate (the only kind that doesn't cause diarrhea), it would be perfect. Just a heads up that if magnesium gives you diarrhea problems, this may not be for you.

Swanson Ultra 100% Pure Creatine MagnaPower
I recently switched to Swanson as my primary supplement supplier because of the price, but have found the products to be of equal quality to any of the major manufacturers (they also offer major brand names as well). Excellent value

Better way to get magnesium
Having your magnesium in a powdered form is easier to work with. I put it in smoothies. So many suffer from fatigue, and this product with the creatine helps me. Better to get things in a chelated form, too.
