Modest help for knee pain associated with cartilage damage

I find that Avovida 300mg caps once a day give modest relief for knee pain associated with articular cartilage damage. When I'm very active (skiing) I take Avovida together with 1500 mg/day glucosamine sulfate. The pain-relief effect of both together is greater than either separately. I suspect that there is a blood-thinning effect, as I sometimes get bleeding from the gums when I do this.

GREAT STUFF

I read where a similar product is used in Europe as the first line treatment for arthritis. I've used one bottle and it is subtle but I feel that my hands aren't as swollen and achy in the morning. I will continue it.

I take several Swanson products and have for years. They are the most reasonable in price

I have been taking it about 3-4 months. I feel it is good. Last month is the first time in my life that my blood work ALL came back within Normal

A Miracle for my Knees

I have been using this product for quite some time for osteoarthritis and I love it! It has significantly reduced my knee pain. I was prompted to try it after reading a medical study indicating that using ASU improved mobility in patients with knee issues. I am extremely pleased with the results.

Cured neck arthritis

My wife had painful arthritis in her C3 ( neck ) area for several years after we were hit from behind,by another car. We read a good review by a nurse and decided to try Avovida. It apparently healed her neck arthritis over a year ago and dtill counting.

Not what I expected from Swanson

I tried this product for my joint health. It do not seem to work immediately or in the manner I thought it would. It do give skin a glow however. It would probably help if my order history were on line rather than with a live advisor.

Good For My Joints

I bought this product from Swanson after reading from a different source that avocado unsaponifiables are good for the joints. It appears to be true. My joints feel like they're doing even better with this as an adjunct to a joint formula that I've been taking for some time.
