Superior Source Balance B Complex, 60 MicroLingual Instant Dissolve Tablets

I bought this because i had painful white patches in my mouth and under my tongue. Before i went to the dentist for a diagnosis i decided to rule out a few things, one of them being a Vitamin B deficiency. I took about 5 doses as soon as i got it, went to bed and took a couple of more doses when i woke up and by 10pm I felt it work, so it took about 14 hours. In 1 day, the pain was 75% better and it was bad. I could hardly eat or drink anything. I knew the sublingual would be what i wanted because it would hit my bloodstream right away since the oral mucosa is so vascular. In 3 days, the pain is completely gone although i can still feel the places where the white patches were. But you can't see them and i can hardly feel them. I am amazed. I was also somewhat horrified at myself that i didn't realize how much i needed to supplement my vit B. Being a vegetarian, I know that and usually take it but for some reason stopped about a year ago. So, if anyone has any neurological pain, try this stuff. I was blown away by it.
