Fountain looks good... but poor quality control!

Well… the fountain itself is just fine. I love the size of it and the way it looks… However, I can’t give a full review as the hose that’s attached to the top tier and is supposed to feed down and attach to the pump is about 5 inches too short. When attached to the pump, it makes the pump hover and it’s not able to lay flat… which it needs to do in order for water to be able to get to it to feed the water through the fountain… I’m sure we will love it once it’s actually operational. My husband will have to make a trip to the hardware store to see if he can find a piece that will connect the hose that came with the fountain to the hose that was in the fountain we are discarding.

We are sorry for any confusion with the water hose and how the pump hangs inside the pillar. The tube is shorter to prevent the hose from kinking and to keep the pump submerged under water.
