Love the look and the sound of this fountain. However, the suction cups didn't adhere to the bottom of the fountain so I'm using med size rocks to anchor it. Also, as was mentioned by previous purchasers the tube is too short. Reached out to CS and they have a backlog for the pump until October and they could not provide dimensions for the tube so I'll have to take it to a store to get the correct size and one at the appropriate length (I'm thinking 8"). If these things were rectified I'd give it a 5 for sure.

I am so glad I bought this fountain! It is gorgeous and it gives me so much joy. I have it located on a corner of my covered patio so it is somewhat protected by the elements. The pump is definitely powerful enough; the water circulates as promised. It is easily assembled and enhances my backyard ambience. I feel like my space is so much more special now that I have this fountain.

Love the size of this fountain. It's bigger then I expected. Easy to put together. I painted the lionheads gold to make them stand out more.

This fountain is a beautiful addition to my garden and it exceeds my expectations. It was easy to assemble and is light weight enough that I won't hesitate to move it if I need to. Great value and worth every penny spent.

Arrived damaged, cracked and chipped. Poor quality

Very nice water feature. Easy to put together. The lions water flow is good, but the ball on top water flow stops within a half hour of it flowing. We've tried cleaning the pump in take, made sure the fixture is balanced, plenty of water in the fixture. Reading reviews I noticed the same problem with other customers fixtures. Any advice to fix this would be great! Otherwise, so far it is a lovely water feature.

This fountain came in two boxes. The four components stack and or lock. This part was easy. Buy yourself a 24"x24" porcelain or stone square paver as a base for stability - especially if the ground is partly soft or soil. The only disappointment is the very poor "pump to fountain hose" connection. It is WAY too short and too narrow. It kept popping off. When you own an outdoor fountain, you have to clean it frequently and you have to be able to get to the pump without a lot of fuss. The connector tube needs to be about 8" long?..not 3". I am dreading the first clogged pump situation. This could have been a much better design.

Nothing but issues with this Fountain. Within the first year of owning it, the base cracked and chipped. Lamps Plus did send a replacement which had a crack in the bowl and a chunk missing. They sent a second replacement which seemed fine. In hindsight, it apparently had a crack in the bowl because I had to continuously top off the water, just assumed it was evaporation. Now, all the water is gone and there is a large crack. Love the look, hate the quality. Buyer Beware !!!

Frankly I thought this was too big for our space. My husband wanted it for his birthday so I got it anyway. He loves it. It looks as if it's always been there so it blends beautifully with the space. Birds have been discovering it & one of them perches on the top regularly. the sound of the water is lovely & relaxing. It also helps drown out the noise from a very young neighbor. I love it too!

We like the style and fountain, but the bowl section and base were busted in the box. They replaced the bowl section but it seems like light weight material they used to make it.

I would love to give this fountain 5 stars but there are some issues. This fountain is a greenish color. It does not look green on the website. I guess it’s supposed to give it an aged or patina look? I would have preferred a natural stone or brownish color but I can live with it. The fountain arrived damaged but I was willing to live with it. There was a crack below the ball on top so it didn’t affect the function. However, the top piece with ball would not fit onto the section below it. The “peg” which goes into a hole on the section below was not cut properly. Furthermore, the ball “broke” off while I was trying to get the top section onto the section below it before I realized it was defective. Packing it up & sending it back was no fun. I had to take both boxes to FedEx because the window they gave me to pick it up from my house was 8 am-8 pm. That’s just ridiculous. Got a replacement. Putting it together is not a problem. Four pieces and each piece fits on top of the other. The water basin screws onto the section below it. The top with ball has a “peg” under it which screws into a hole in the section below it. But the piece that goes on top of the pedestal just sits on top with nothing to secure it. That’s odd to me and maybe a bit dangerous? You need a lot of patience getting the pump set up—or at least I did. The rubber hose kept slipping off where it connects to the pump and a couple other places where it just fits over plastic opening. I finally used zip ties to keep hose from slipping off. Seems like it could be better designed for $350. Getting water out of both the top and the lions mouths is frustrating. The hose coming from the pump splits and diverts water in 2 places so water can come out of the ball on top and the 4 lions mouths. There is a clamp which restricts water on the hose going to the lions mouths. You have to adjust it so water will come out both the top and the lions mouths. A slight turn makes a big difference. At one point I had no water coming out of the top but coming out of the lions mouths and vice versa. I finally got it so it looked good but about 3 hours later there was no water bubbling out of the top. Solution: This fountain really needs 2 pumps—one for routing water to the ball on top and one routing water to the lions mouths. I’ve ordered a second pump from another place and that should take care of the problem. I will need to clamp off the piece of hose routing water to the lions mouths and use the new pump for routing water to that part of the fountain. All that being said, when working properly it is lovely and sounds wonderful. I’m not sorry I bought it, just a bit frustrated. Hopefully Lamps Plus will read this review and make some changes.

This product was shipped quickly and was quite easy to install, after reading the instructions for both the fountain and the pump. It's sturdy but relatively lightweight and a little taller than the one it replaced.

Efficient and easy to set up. Works with little maintain eye required Would recommend.

Fountain is pretty, but more a patent green color, and the reservoir is very small for size of fountain, so you have to refill it alot . In hot humid weather 2-3 xs a day! Overall not worth the price, the resin is very thin n the life of this fountain will be short.

I am 73 and installed this in my fountain today. I got the bottom off and with a little improvising turned it into a continuous flow from my 6x6 fountain with fish. Looks awesome!

Beautiful elegant and rich looking fountain I have placed mine in my front yard nice statement piece draws a lot of attention!

The fountain Is as advertised, Is very easy to put together .We have friends that came over and they were stunned about the way it looks own our deck . The video clip of the sounds of water that it made was a selling point for us . You will not regret Buying this fountain.
