Use the easy-to-use seat adjustment lever to modify your distance from the pedals (leg inseam 23.6 inches to 33.1 inches). Take advantage of the step-through design to easily mount and dismount the cardio machine. Made for enduring workouts, the cardio stationary bike has a 300 lb user weight capacity. Grab the seat-level pulse grips to check your heart rate while exercising. This recumbent bike has 16 levels of automatic magnetic tension, which can be controlled through the console. Enjoy a smooth and quiet exercise experience, powered by a virtually maintenance-free belt-drive mechanism.     Bike is good and not difficult to assemble. Disappointed that there isn't instructions for using the display features. Would be nice if you included them instead of trying to figure it out on the fly

    I enjoy using the bike

    I enjoy using the bike daily after having knee surgery. I need it to stretch and warm up. I usually ride it. I have an hour to 40 minutes before going to the gym.

    A Nana

    I’m just a 76 old Nana trying to get in better shape. I’m technically challenged but little by little I’m figuring out the bike screen. I like it because it has a comfortable seat and I can use it in the comfort of my home. I’m not an exercise guru so not a lot to say except I’m hoping to get some muscle built in my legs and loose a few inches.
