Awful customer service/ Shipping

Package arrived almost a week late, completely beat up and packing tape wrap to hold together. When opened to check condition of treadmill, the hardware was not included but rest looked fine. We contacted immediately and were told they would send us the hardware. It’s currently a week later and they haven’t even shipped my hardware yet. I contacted several times since then but get the same run around that they are switching warehouses so there is nothing they can do. So I’m supposed to just wait indefinitely to be able to use the machine I spent good money on. And they don’t care. They got my money. and at this point my 30 day return window is almost gone so hopefully everything works when I do get hardware. Will never recommend to anyone!

Hatmful

This machine is faulty. Called customer service and they gave me YouTube videos to fix it myself. Had a technician come out and he said the machine was faulty. Upset because I am not rich and it seems like they are not willing to refund me the difference I paid out of pocket since I used my warranty.
