Not Working and it's brand new!

3 days after I got it the incline motor stopped working. I'm being sent a new incline motor and I will try to install it. After viewing the video, I have some concerns about being able to install the new one.

I love this treadmill! The running track is wide and long, which is good for me since I’m 6’5”. It’s also very quiet. It has a place where I can place my iPad - and two areas for a drink or anything else you might need while you’re on your treadmill, possible your phone.

My box was damaged in transport so parts were not received. I have been in contact with Sunny trying to get the parts shipped and still waiting. Disappointed I have a brand new treadmill that I can't turn on because I still have no key to turn it on.
