Your delivery and tracking system
Your delivery and tracking system leaves a lot to be desired. There was a lot of confusion and updates were useless. My recumbent bike was packed extremely well, but the instructions were frustrating. You need to mark the part numbers on the parts. I have only ridden it once, so I hope the exercise program instructions are not difficult to understand.

Great smart bike for those on a budget!
We purchased this recumbent bike to help with my recovery. We followed the easy assembly video instructions and were up and riding in no time. The excellent Sunny Fit app worked seamlessly, and with the addition of the cadence/RPM bluetooth sensor we were able to use Apple Watch, Apple Fitness, and Zwift making this the ideal bike for our active family needs this Winter!

Display freezes
Exercise programs have failed to stay on less than a year since purchase. Screen freezes and/or goes blank. Bike is very comfortable, and I'm still trying to use it for an hour, but it freezes way too often.

I'm about to learn how Sunny Health and Fitness handles problems.
The bike (sf-rb 4850) came with what they think is a bad flywheel bearing. I had purchased shipping insurance and the extended warranty. So far, I am winding my way through the Extend shipping insurance maze to get the bike repaired. Since it's a little too early to complain or complement I'll wait and see. I'll update this review when I know more.

Pulse problem. Would not work
Received bike on 1/29/2025. No pulse function. Text for help. Response from Chat Support was 1/29 to confirm address & serial number. After several chats finally told they would send only 1 of the 2 wires that were probable problem. Received the 1 wire on 2/10 andYoutube reference how to replace wire. This took 2 weeks. Talking to a person it could have been resolved in a day or two. Recovering from back surgery so need unit and unable to do the work myself. Very disappointed as need the bike for rehab.

Just what I needed! I usually walk 4 miles a day but the cold and inclement weather days, or just the days my knees are in need of a break, this is perfect. It did take about 2 hours to put together, but was a fairly straightforward process. It is easy to use and I am enjoying the change of pace this winter! The electronics are easy to use and find a program that suits my fitness levels.

Programing needs improvement
Bought this recumbent to first assist in the rehab of a hip which was replaced last week with plans to use it when the weather outside isn't great for bike riding using my recumbent. So, my current needs are to simply increase the range of motion of my hip. It is frustrating that when I start to pedal, the programs have the resistance start above level one and have to be lowered. That hurts. Another annoyance is that the age default is 30. I am 71 and can't find a way to set my age as a default, so the heart rate goal is appropriate.
